PRS was created out of the desire to offer stellar recruiting services and excellent customer service to our clients in the industry. We pride ourselves on being flexible and providing a customized approach to each client whether it’s hiring one individual or staffing an entire plant.
PRS provides the following services: Contract, Contract-to-hire, Direct Hire Permanent and Payroll Services.
Contract:
A contract position is a solution in which we will hire a temporary employee to help with a specific project or augment the current staff for our client. A contract position can be as short or long as the project requirements dictate.
Contract-to-hire:
A contract-to-hire position varies from a contract position in that both the candidate and the client have the opportunity to decide if they would like to engage in full time employment after the contract period is over.
Direct Hire:
Direct Hire positions are classified as a “permanent” opportunity with our client. At PRS, we make the connection between the client and the candidate.
Payroll Services:
If you already know the candidate and would like to bring them on without incurring the load and burden of a direct hire employee, PRS offers payroll services.
Pay for What You Use:
For direct hire placements, we are a contingent based recruiting firm and you will not pay a fee until the candidate has started working for your company. For contractors, you will only pay for the hours a consultant works and not for non-productive downtime such as sick days, holidays or vacations.

Reduction of Cost with Contractors:
Each time you add to your staff you are incurring an increase of direct and in-direct costs by 30-40 percent. When augmenting your team with PRS talent, this enables you to increase your staff without the additional costs.
Recruiting Process
Our recruiting process is an in-depth and creative process to provide the highest level of efficiency to our client. First, we start by acquiring the job order and speaking directly with the hiring manager to discuss the key details of the position. Next, the account manager will have a meeting with the recruiters to discuss the position and compose any additional questions to discuss with the hiring manager. In the meantime, our recruiters will begin to source for candidates using various methods.
Once a candidate has been identified, he/she will be prescreened by the recruiter. After this conversation, we would move to the final step which includes a second conversation directly with the account manager along with conducting professional references. We don’t like to bombard our clients with a large amount of candidates. We prefer to send between three and five of our top candidates for review.
Interviewing Process
From there, the hiring manager will select the individuals that they would like to begin the interviewing process with. We will coordinate with both parties to set up any interviews. When travel is necessary, PRS is able to set up travel arrangements as a pass through cost with no additional charge to the client.
Offer Stage
Once our client has made a decision, we work with both parties to ensure a smooth transition to the onboarding process. We will speak with both the hiring party and the candidate about the offer and help with any negotiations that are necessary.
Onboarding Process
When the offer is signed and delivered, we are then capable of completing a background check, drug screening, etc. We generally get the results from these tests within 2-3 business days and can begin the onboarding process. Once the candidate has started working we will make weekly phone calls to the employee and the client to make sure both parties are satisfied.
