Hailey McCann is an Executive Recruiter in the Client Services division, with four years of experience in sales and recruiting. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Integrated General Studies in 2020.
Hailey finds the most rewarding part of her job to be the positive impact she has on candidates' lives, helping them achieve their professional and financial goals. She takes pride in all of the candidates she has successfully placed in their dream jobs.
A key lesson she has learned in her career is the importance of focusing on what she can control. Motivated by a desire to provide a better life for her dogs, Hailey works diligently to excel in her role.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time at the beach and is also a big fan of LEGO!
