Korey Arnold is the Director of Recruiting and Team Manager for the Energy division, bringing over eight years of experience in sales and recruiting. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with a Minor in Marketing from the University of Central Florida and an Associate’s Degree in Business from Valencia College. Korey’s career in recruiting is driven by his passion for positively impacting individuals' lives and helping companies grow.
The most rewarding part of his job is hearing from candidates and clients who feel they made the best decision by working with him. His career has taught him the importance of perseverance—failure only happens if you quit.
Outside of work, Korey enjoys hunting, spending time outdoors, and working out. He also enjoys spending quality time and traveling with his wife and kids, such as winter camping trips in the mountains and a special trip to St. Lucia with his wife.
