With 1.5 years of experience in sales and recruiting, Lauren was inspired to enter the industry after her time as a server in college, where she discovered her passion for sales.
The most rewarding aspect of Lauren's job is helping passionate individuals find jobs and long-term careers where they can make a difference and feel fulfilled. She takes pride in assisting clients in filling crucial roles that elevate their organizations and support their employees' growth.
A key lesson she has learned is the importance of continuous learning and striving for improvement, as even small enhancements can yield significant returns over time. To unwind after a busy day, Lauren enjoys spending time with her dog in the backyard, playing fetch, and relaxing with reality TV, especially during the season of "Survivor."
