Noah Smith is one of the Founders of PRS and currently serves as the Director of Recruiting in the Energy division, bringing over 14 years of experience to his role. He graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Criminal Justice. Noah was inspired to pursue a career in recruiting by his desire to help people and learn more about their interests.
The most rewarding aspect of his job is receiving appreciation from clients and candidates for a job well done, as well as witnessing the growth and success of his team members in their own careers. Noah emphasizes the importance of building long-term relationships with clients, believing that success comes from providing consistent, honest work with integrity rather than merely chasing fees.
He is particularly proud of starting and running an annual charity golf tournament that supports the local community, sponsoring over 25 mothers through The Finley Project, which assists those who have lost a child.
Motivated by a desire to provide a life for his kids that he never thought possible, he balances his professional commitments with family time.
To unwind after a busy day, Noah enjoys spending time with his family and watching shows once the kids are in bed. His hobbies include playing flag football, golfing, and enjoying pool days with his children. He lives by the quote, "You can't steal 2nd base with your foot on 1st," reflecting his proactive approach to life.
