Rob Wilkins is a Managing Partner and Director of Executive Recruiting in the Energy division, where he focuses on placing top O&M professionals with clients in the power plant and industrial sectors. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies from Florida State University, graduating in 2014, and brings 10 years of experience in sales and recruiting to his role.
Rob's passion for electricity and power generation naturally led him to this industry. The most rewarding part of his job is helping people, especially when they're initially skeptical of what his team can do for them. One of his standout professional accomplishments is being the top performer at his company for six consecutive years. Rob believes the key to success is maintaining consistency in daily work output and holding oneself accountable.
He is motivated by the desire to provide for his family and unwinds by working out at the gym. His hobbies include recruiting, basketball, and spending time with friends and family.
