Scott Lidfeldt serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner of the Engineering Division at PRS. With a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the University of Florida, Scott’s journey into the recruiting industry began in 2008 when a friend introduced him to an internship with a recruiting firm. He quickly found a passion for the fast-paced, competitive environment and has since built a 15-year career in sales and recruiting. One of his proudest professional accomplishments is establishing and growing PRS's Engineering & Architecture team, a feat that highlights his dedication and expertise in the field.
Scott is driven by seeing his team succeed and empowering them to achieve things they might not have thought possible. He believes that developing talent for direct placement requires time, patience, and persistence—something he has learned firsthand throughout his career.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, coaching his son’s baseball team, and watching sports. He loves to unwind by traveling or catching up on his favorite TV shows. Scott's favorite way to give back to the community is through coaching, where he helps young athletes learn and grow in the game of baseball.
