Dylan Johnson is a Managing Partner, Director of Accounting & Finance, and leads training initiatives for new hires. With over nine years of experience in sales and recruiting, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management & Administration with a minor in Marketing and Economics, having graduated in 2015.
Dylan's career in this industry was inspired by his passion for building relationships with people and helping them advance their careers, which, in turn, improves their lives and the lives of their families. He finds the most rewarding aspect of his role is helping PRS team members master recruitment fundamentals, which allows them to achieve both personal and professional goals, like purchasing homes and growing investments.
Looking ahead, Dylan is motivated by the desire to retire with pride, knowing he gave maximum effort and supported his team’s success.
