Matt DiNatale is a Senior Executive Recruiter in the Southeast division, bringing 5.5 years of experience in sales and recruiting. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Business from the University of Central Florida, graduating in 2018.
The most rewarding aspect of Matt's job is receiving feedback from CFOs, VPs, and Directors about how he helped them find the perfect candidate, contributing to the growth of their teams. He believes that the success of a recruiting career is directly tied to the effort put into it.
Motivated by a desire to provide a better life for his family, Matt is dedicated to his work. He’s passionate about live music; he loves exploring different genres and how various instruments can come together to create unique sounds.
In his free time, Matt enjoys exploring Orlando, listening to live music, playing basketball and tennis, and working out. He also actively gives back to the community, supporting the Second Harvest Food Bank.
